Data will be collected to match and maintain records for nannies available. As well as collect and store records of families using our services.

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide our childcare placement services.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in our database.

We keep financial information for any payment after which we will then dispose of your information after all fees are paid. We keep Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details), CV’s, Awards, Certificates and DBS Certificates whilst we are placing nannies and then for 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting it from our records. We keep for 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting it from our records.
