Terms and Conditions

Little Saints' Terms and Conditions


All terms set out in these terms and conditions are a contract between the client/employer who will be called “The Client” or “the employer” in these terms and conditions and Little Saints Nanny Agency LTD. Little Saints Nanny Agency herein after called “The Agency” or “Little Saints”.  The Client is anyone who approached Little Saints, via written communication or verbally over the phone or in person to request or instruct Little Saints to introduce them to a candidate. “The Candidate” is anyone who has approached Little Saints Nanny Agency, or responded to Little Saints Nanny Agency about work in the childcare and domestic and private staffing industry such as a Nanny, Aupair, Mothers Help, Family Assistant or any other professional within the private staffing industry for the purpose of employment. The Agency is acting as an employment agency.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 If for any reason the client needs to cancel, any notification of cancelation will need to be given to the Agency using the Little Saints Nanny Agency Cancellation form within the 14 day cancellation period which will commence from the instruction from the client to the agency to find a suitable candidate. The form can be found here. The Cancellation made via the cancellation form will need to be sent to enquiries@littlesaintsnannyagency.co.uk 


1.2 The Cancellation period is in effect from the date where the Client has instructed the Agency to find a candidate and is for a 14 day period.

1.3 A proportionate fee will be charged for any work carried out by the agency if a cancellation has been requested.


1.4 If a replacement candidate has been placed with the client after a cancellation request the full fee will be due to Little Saints


1.5 Little Saints Nanny Agency's guarantee- A offer of refund or a new placement of a suitable candidate free of charge will be offered at the discretion of Little Saints.

2. The Placement 

2.1 Little Saints are not responsible for asking all the relevant questions of the candidate and it is the responsibility of the Client to ask the questions and to correctly identify the right match for them and their family.


2.2 Little Saints will check candidates through a face to face or video interview, check two references, and correctly check DBS and any Paediatric and training certifications.

3. Payment

3.1 Fees for services are paid as a placement fee of £150-£250 for temporary staff and then at 12% of the gross salary of the length of the temporary term if a temporary worker, or 12% gross of the annual salary if a full time or part time candidate.


3.2 Any staff employed for longer than 12 weeks will be charged as a Full Time or Part Time placement.


3.3 Fees will be due to be paid to Little Saints Nanny Agency in full in all circumstance where the Candidate has been employed by the Client.


3.4 Payment will be due to Little Saints in full if a candidate of Little Saints has been referred through a Client of Little Saints to an employer and has been offered employment as a Nanny, Aupair, Mothers help, Family Assistant or any other professional within the private staffing industry for the purpose of employment.



3.5 Payment will be due to Little Saints Nanny Agency before the candidates first day in employment.

Responsibilities include candidates conducting themselves to help the organisation provide equal opportunities in employment, and prevent bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination.
All candidates should understand they, as well as their employer, can be held liable for acts of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination, in the course of their employment, against fellow employees, customers, suppliers and the public
