What qualifications do I need?
We reccomend a CACHE level 3 in Childcare qualification or similar and an undergraduate degree but this is not a prerequisite and we are more than happy to match you with a family without any qualifications.
Do I need to have Pediatric First Aid?
This is a must for all or Childcare particioners. We reccomened a full Pediatric First Aid Certificate from attending and in person training course but we are happy diacuss this with you and we know some excellent providers if you need help finding one.
Do I need a DBS check?
We at Oakleaf Private Childcare can provide you with an upto date DBS check
What do you need to see on my CV?
We love to see all relavent Childcare experience. Please take the time to explain what you did for each role and who the children were. As well as all qualifications.
Will there be an interview?
We at Oakleaf Private Childcare interview all our candidates over a video call or face to face. This will be an initial 30 minute call to find out about you, your experience and your likes and interests. This will be followed up with further emails and calls whilst we match you with a family
