Looking for something fun to do this Easter? We have picked our top five things to do in London this Easter bankholiday

1. Visit the Beatrix Potter exhibit at the Vitoria and Albert Museum.

From April 2nd 2022 until September 2022 the Vitoria and Albert Museum are showcasing this beloved household name of the Britih author, illustrator, conservationist and scientist.

"This family friendly exhibition takes visitors on a journey to discover Potter's life as a scientist and conservationist and explores the places and animals that inspired her most beloved characters. In collaboration with the National Trust."

Peter Rabit and his many friends will be available to see at this delightful exhibition.

Tickets are available on the V and A website here

2. Visit Epping Forest

This delightful wood lies on the outskirts of London and is accessible by the central line. We suggest bringing some warm blankets and a picnic. There is so much to explore here. We suggest checking out the vsiting Epping Forest website here where you can choose your location and plan your route.

3. Go see the Very Hungry Caterpilla trail at Kew Gardens.

This imaginative trial will lead you and your family around the gardens, inspired by The Hungry Caterpilla book by Eric Carle. This interactive exhibition will keep you and your little ones very busy but if not there are the beautiful blossoms and bluebells in the wood.

Visit the Kew Gardens website for tickers here.

4. Go on the Lindt Golden bunny Easter Egg hunt at Hampton Court Palace.

Hampton Court Palace was a well loved retreat from London for Henry VIII and his wives and the Tudor Court. Follow this Easter trial to win A golden chocolate bunny and learn all about the characters and history of Hampton Court Palace. A delightful and education Easter Egg trail. Visit the Palace website for tickets here.

5. Go to a Teddy Bears picnic.

Let’s All Dance ballet company’s ‘Teddy Bears’ Picnic with Sadlers Wells is a very wonderful chance to dance for under eights and is particularly engaging for children with neurodiveristy. There will be a teddy bear performance and family play displaying a mix up of dance, theater and story telling.

"Our teddies would love you to join them as they eat, dance, play and have fun! Little ones can bring their own teddy, clap along and have their photo taken with the dancers!"
