Peanut butter cup banana ice cream




This delicious recipe is so easy to make and it makes a lovely ice cold refreshing snack which is healthy and nutritious too!


4 overripe bananas

1 tbsp (sugar free) peanut butter

50g of cocoa powder

1 pinch of salt

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

2 tsp almond milk


Put in a blender and blend until smooth. Put in a a container and pop in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours


Serve your delicious peanut butter cup ice cream and stay safe in the sun!
